INTRODUCTION
Oregon Field Guide (OFG) is one of my favorite outdoor TV series. As the series website states, it’s “a valuable source of information about outdoor recreation, ecological issues, natural resources and travel destinations.”
“Oregon Field Guide airs Thursday evenings at 8:30pm on the television stations of Oregon Public Broadcasting and repeats on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm.”
The OFG crew has been doing great work for over 20 years. I’m lucky to complete a new documentary once a year. OFG is one of the best sources for expanded coverage of themes and topics my documentaries address. The series effectively covers important issues.
For the record, I have no professional or copyright affiliation with the show. I’m just a big fan. However, OFG’s website allows embedding of its story videos into webpages. So, I posted some of my favorite OFG videos on my site for your viewing enjoyment. The 20th anniversary special below provides a great intro/overview to the series. The links below that feature highlights arranged by theme. For many more story segments, visit the OFG episodes page to browse through 22 seasons.
